British actress reveals how she toned up for her latest movie role in the Land of the Lost. Anna said she toned up using “possibly the biggest vibrator you’ve ever seen. It’s called the power plate and has a handle and vibrates”. Anna is playing the role of Holly Cantrell in the film alongside actor Will Ferrell. Anna spent about 10 minutes a day on the machine which she had in a tent outside her trailer and was really impressed at the effectiveness of the Power Plate.
