Power Plate my3 Vibration Machine
The Power Plate my3 model is the most compact economical offering from Power Plate. Its ease of use is ideal for those starting out with vibration fitness. The sleek design fits in line with the more premier models and offers features to allow operation from the most difficult workouts.
As with all Power Plate machines are supplied with 2 upper-body straps and either 1 contoured mat (for the pro-series machines) or 3 contoured mats (made of varying thicknesses for the my-series machines).
