Power Plate my5 Vibration Machine

The Power Plate my5 model comes with a remote control which enables you to operate the machine from the most difficult of exercise positions. The secondary timer on the shaft allows you to countdown while performing the tougher workouts. As with all Power Plate machines are supplied with 2 upper-body straps and either 1 contoured mat (for the pro-series machines) or 3 contoured mats (made of varying thicknesses for the my-series machines).
