Power Plate pro5 AIRdaptive Vibration Machine
The Power Plate pro5 AIRdaptive offers precise control over its functions which allow you to tailor it to your specific workout requirements. It has the largest plate surface in the Power Plate range providing greater exposure to the vibrations. Its patented AIRdaptive air suspension is distinguished by its ability to adapt the most to meet your needs allowing you to tune the machines vibrations to your weight, optimizing its effectiveness.
You can also take advantage of its additional load bearing capacities allowing you to use heavier weights and more dynamic movement, making it particularly beneficial to those at either end of the weight spectrum, whose needs are more particular. These features make it ideal for a family of multiple users each with different well-being and health goals.
As with all Power Plate machines are supplied with 2 upper-body straps and either 1 contoured mat (for the pro-series machines) or 3 contoured mats (made of varying thicknesses for the my-series machines).
